The context
An entrepreneurial project launched at NEOMA's incubator. The idea: make speaking practice more accessible and structured, with a smartphone app — simple, reassuring, neither cold nor «medical».
For users
Practise with interactive exercises and make progress, at your own pace, on mobile.
For professionals (later on)
An ambition for the future: a space where speech therapists could create and share teaching resources between them.
My first AI integration
OralEase is where I integrated AI for the first time: a Microsoft voice-analysis API wired into the Bubble app to analyze the user's voice and speech during exercises. It's the starting point of everything I did next in AI — the AI agents at LISI, then Antoly.

The app
A home that brings programs and resources together
From the home screen, users find their programs, resources and the progress of their exercises.
Exercises organized by category
AI-assisted, fundamental, dynamic and diction exercises — each category gathers its own resources.
4 exercise categories

Guided exercises to work on the basics
Breathing, airflow, sighs… each exercise is detailed to build solid, steady progress.

Playful, timed exercises
Time-limited challenges and expression games to practise in a fun, interactive way.
A direction for the future, not built yet
The next step envisioned: a space where speech therapists could build their own training sets and share resources between them. This part was neither developed nor mocked up.
Design & branding
Visual identity and mascot built from scratch, product design led on Figma, mobile-first approach (iPhone 14 / 14 Pro reference).

My product approach
- Step 1
Consolidate the app
Training + mobile experience nailed down.
- Step 2Planned
Build the pro space
Create and share resources between speech therapists — a planned step, not carried out.
- Step 3Planned
Validate commercial potential
Adoption, therapist interest, monetization.
- Step 4Planned
Go further
Simple patient follow-up — only if the market responds.
What I took away
- Build a simple MVP rather than a full platform.
- Set a commercial-validation rule up front before investing more time.
- Keep personal data to the strict minimum in a health context.
Acquisition & validation
Speech-therapist outreach
Interviews and conversations to understand the need and validate interest.
